Round the Island Day
Prices Starting from £895 per RIB (up to 12 passengers per RIB)
Location: Ocean Village Southampton
Starting out in Ocean Village Southampton, this trip will take you on an adventure around the Isle of Wight for a fantastic day out exploring the Island:
10:00 depart Ocean Village
Cruise along Isle of Wight coastline towards Yarmouth, past Cowes, Gurnard bay, and Newtown Bay.
12:00-12:30 break for lunch in Yarmouth
14:00 continue on your journey around the Island, out past the Needles.
*If you wanted to add an extra thrill to your day, this part of the journey is a great place to “upgrade” and add an extra blast! This would add £100 per boat to the price.*
Continue on past freshwater bay, and past the lighthouse at St. Catherine’s Point. We then continue to Ventnor and past the sandy beaches of Sandown, all the way to Bembridge, where we turn in past Ryde, and Osbourne Bay, towards Cowes, where we then start heading back towards Southampton
*You could add an extra Coffee stop at Cowes before heading back, for an additional £100 per boat*
17:30-18:00 arrive back in Southampton.
Along your journey, your skipper will point out points of interest, and stop for photos. Aside from the lunch stop (and optional Cowes stop), you will remain on the boat.
All bookings are subject to availability. Please make your booking at least 2 weeks in advance. A 25% non-refundable deposit is due on booking. The balance will be due two weeks before your event
Bad weather procedure
All charters are weather dependent and any cancellations are for your own safety, if you are unsure please call your boat number for the day (found on your booking confirmation) before leaving home. Seadogz will endeavour to re book you on the next available experience.
All books have a 10 day cancellation period from the date that you are booked. If you need to move or cancel the booking and you are within the 10 days then you may still be charged.
All Charters include a safety brief and life jacket fitting.
Please dress for the outdoors, warm clothes if its cold, light, flat soled foot wear, trainers are ideal, a waterproof or windproof jacket is a good idea even if its hot, also your sun tan lotion and sunglasses. Remember, bring a change of clothes for your return – you may get wet! Lifejackets and any necessary safety equipment will be issued on the day. Waterproofs are supplied if required.
You must be physically fit. Not suitable for pregnant ladies or people with bad backs or necks. Any medical conditions must be notified to the operator on booking. There are no formal height restrictions but in order to reach the floor whilst seated on the 'jockey seat' participants should have an inside leg measurement of 24 inches. Weight Limit: 16st. There are no qualifications required. The minimum age is 8 years- childers must be able to hold themselves onto a jockey seat. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. (one Adult per child).
